Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements to use the Platform and reserve parking services.

2. Account Registration

To make a reservation, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account.

3. Reservation Policies

By making a reservation on the Platform, you agree to the following:

• Reservations must be made at least 4 hours prior to arrival.
• Reservations are valid for 4 hours from the selected time.
• Unused reservations may be cancelled automatically after the 4-hour window with no refund.
• You will receive reservation details and instructions via SMS.

4. Parking Rates and Fees

• The daily flat parking rate is $29.00 + tax per calendar day.
• After 5 consecutive days, the rate increases to $50.00 + tax per day.
• A $250.00 fine will apply to any vehicle parked beyond 10 days.

All fees must be paid in full at the time of reservation or upon check-in.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

5. SMS Notifications

By creating an account or making a reservation, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages containing parking instructions, confirmations, and required service updates. These messages are necessary for the operation of the Platform and cannot be opted out of.

Marketing SMS messages are optional and require your express consent. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and reservation.
• Park only in designated areas and follow all posted rules at the facility.
• Secure your vehicle and personal belongings at all times.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and refrain from abusive or improper conduct.
• Any damage to the property caused by the customer or their party is the sole responsibility of the customer. All damages must be reported and settled in full before departure. Management reserves the right to charge for damages accordingly.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Platform or interfere with its functionality.
• Make fraudulent reservations or use stolen payment methods.
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.

8. Liability Disclaimer

305 Trucking Plaza is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings while using the parking facility.

All parking is at the vehicle owner’s sole risk.

We provide the Platform and all Services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may suspend or modify the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.

10. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

We do not store full payment card details.

All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds for unused reservations are not guaranteed.

11. Mechanical Work & Unauthorized Services

Mechanical work of any kind is strictly prohibited within the parking area and anywhere on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, repairs, maintenance, oil changes, tire work, or any vehicle servicing.

The use of external vendors or unauthorized mechanics on the premises is not permitted under any circumstances.

Any individual or entity found performing or facilitating such activities will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 per violation, at management’s sole discretion.

Repeat violations may result in additional penalties, including removal from the premises and suspension of parking privileges.

12. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activities.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 305 Trucking Plaza shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of income, revenue, or business.
• Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
