By creating an account, submitting a reservation, parking your vehicle, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Daily Parking Rate
The standard daily flat rate for truck parking is $29.00 + applicable taxes.
This rate is charged per calendar day, regardless of the number of hours parked.
2. Reservation Policy
- Reservations made through the Platform are valid for a maximum of 4 hours from the selected arrival time.
- All reservations must be submitted at least 4 hours prior to arrival.
- If the driver does not arrive within the 4-hour reservation window, the reservation may be automatically cancelled without refund.
- Drivers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate at the time of reservation.
3. Maximum Stay
- The maximum permitted stay at the standard rate is five (5) consecutive days.
- Starting on day 6, the daily flat rate increases to $50.00 + applicable taxes.
- A $250.00 fine will be applied if any vehicle remains parked beyond ten (10) consecutive days.
- Vehicles left beyond 10 days may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
4. Payment and Billing
- Payment must be completed at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated.
- The Platform may process payments through third-party payment providers. 305 Trucking Plaza is not responsible for processing errors, fees, or delays caused by third-party systems.
- All charges are final and non-refundable unless an exception is expressly stated in these Terms.
5. SMS Communication and Notifications
By creating an account or submitting a reservation, you agree to receive all reservation details, confirmations, instructions, and notifications via SMS.
Your mobile number must be accurate and accessible.
- SMS messages may include reservation confirmations, parking instructions, facility updates, and promotional offers.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel marketing messages. Transactional messages related to your reservation may still be sent.
6. Platform Access and Account Use
- Drivers must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a reservation.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any misuse of the Platform may result in account suspension or termination.
- Users must ensure their mobile device can receive SMS communications to complete the reservation process.
7. Facility Information
The parking lot operates 24/7 and provides access to the following amenities:
- Truck Parking
- Showers
- Laundry Room
- Restaurant
- Repair Shop
- Tire Care Services
- Office Center
8. Parking Rules and Conduct
- All vehicles must park only in designated spaces.
- Idling for prolonged periods is prohibited unless necessary.
- No hazardous materials may be stored or transported in violation of local, state, or federal regulations.
- Drivers must respect the property, staff, and other customers at all times.
- Any form of misconduct, vandalism, or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the property.
9. Security and Vehicle Responsibility
305 Trucking Plaza provides parking space only and does not guarantee the security of vehicles or personal belongings.
- Drivers must secure their own vehicle and valuables.
- 305 Trucking Plaza is not liable for theft, loss, vandalism, fire, collision, or damage of any kind.
- Parking is done entirely at the driver's own risk.
10. System Availability and Maintenance
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or service interruptions.
305 Trucking Plaza is not responsible for delays, reservation failures, or errors caused by:
- Internet or mobile network outages
- SMS delivery failures
- Third-party service disruptions
- User device issues
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 305 Trucking Plaza disclaims all liability for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Damage to vehicles, trailers, cargo, or personal items.
- Any errors or interruptions in the Platform.
12. Termination of Services
305 Trucking Plaza reserves the right to deny access to the facility or the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
13. Marketing Communications Consent
By providing your email address and/or mobile number, you consent to receive marketing communications from 305 Trucking Plaza.
These communications may include promotions, discounts, updates, and service announcements.
Email Communications
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
SMS Marketing
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages.
